How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings within the App and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile and personal information, subject to the retention terms described in our Privacy Policy. Full steps, and what is deleted or kept, are on our account and data deletion page. You can also request account deletion by emailing us at contact@innernetwork.app.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email contact@innernetwork.app from the address on your account and ask for a copy of your data. We will verify the request and respond within 45 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How does the App use my location, and how do I turn off location or push notifications?
Location is used only while the App is open, to sort nearby events and to confirm event check-in; we never store your GPS coordinates. Location and notification permissions can be managed at any time in your device's Settings app, under Inner Network. Turning these off only limits distance-based event sorting, event check-in, and reminders; the rest of the App continues to work normally.
How do I report a user or inappropriate content?
Email us at contact@innernetwork.app with details, including the user's name or the content in question, and we'll investigate promptly.
How do I report an event or organizer listing, or ask for my organization to be removed?
Use the Report option on any event or organizer inside the App, or follow the steps on our Removal & Corrections page. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and tell you what we did about it.
Is Inner Network affiliated with the organizers it lists?
No. Inner Network lists publicly announced industry events so members can plan and compare attendance. Organizer, venue, and publisher names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated. See the disclaimer in the footer below.
How do I hide my event attendance or profile information from other members?
You can control what's visible on your profile card and whether your event attendance is shown to other members from your privacy settings within the App.
