Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Inner Network app and go to the Account tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email contact@innernetwork.app with the subject "Account deletion". Write from the email address on your account, or we will send a confirmation code to it. We respond within 45 days.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

• In the app: you can edit or remove most things yourself. Account > Edit Profile changes or clears the details on your card; you can remove networking notes, expenses, dues and connections; and Account > Privacy controls what others can see.
• By email: write to contact@innernetwork.app with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what to delete (for example, a review you posted). We respond within 45 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete: your profile, photo and contact details, regions, connections, saved events, follows, event RSVPs and attendance records, messages you sent, chats you joined, vouches, passes, blocks, private notes, tags, "where we met" events, your Networking ROI expenses, dues and people, push tokens, sessions, device and app version records, online status, company email confirmations, claim requests and feedback. Data you delete is removed from our live systems right away.

What is kept, and for how long

• Reviews you wrote: kept so an event or organizer rating stays accurate, with your account unlinked. Ask us and we will remove or anonymize them.
• Events and organizers you created: kept for other members, with your account unlinked as creator.
• Notifications already sent to other members that mention you: remain in their feeds, with your account unlinked.
• Reports you filed and reports about you: kept for safety and legal purposes, with your account unlinked.
• Usage analytics and session records: kept with your account unlinked and deleted automatically after 25 months.
• Administrative audit log (for example, the record that an account was deleted): kept for 36 months, then deleted automatically.
• Backups: our database host may keep encrypted backups for a limited rolling period. Deleted data disappears from backups when they expire.
