These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inner Network business and professional networking application and related services (collectively, the "App"), operated by Inner Network ("Inner Network," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of the App, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account or use the App. Creating an account requires affirmatively confirming you meet this age requirement. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion.
"User Content" means any information, text, images, messages, or other material you submit, post, or transmit through the App, including your professional profile, connections, and messages.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Inner Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the App (for example, displaying your profile to other users, delivering your messages to their intended recipients, or — only for the specific fields you've chosen to make visible, and only when you generate a shareable link or QR code for your profile or an event — displaying that content to someone you've shared the link with, whether or not they're a member). This license ends when you delete the applicable content or your account, except to the extent copies are retained as required by law, for legitimate backup purposes, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Inner Network is a networking platform that helps connect professionals, contractors, developers, architects, and property managers. We do not vet, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user's professional credentials, licensure, qualifications, or business claims, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any business relationship, transaction, or project formed as a result of using the App. You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgment and performing appropriate due diligence before entering into any business relationship with another user.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Inner Network or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the App as intended, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
The App is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium tiers in the future. If we do, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and any changes to these Terms will be presented to you before you are charged, and your continued use of any paid feature will constitute acceptance of those terms.
You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4 through 12) will continue to apply.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNER NETWORK AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Network and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any rights of a third party.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and Inner Network agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association), and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
YOU AND INNER NETWORK AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to jsassonv@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by the arbitration provisions above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
